Bus Sponsorship Form

Trip Timing: 2024-2025 School Year

Please complete the form below. Your application will be evaluated by the ICBC Board of Directors and you will be notified of our decision at the communicated deadline. Please note the following:

This is an application only and does not guarantee sponsorship or funding.

First priority will be given to institutions/teachers that have NOT received funding, sponsorship, or any assistance from ICBC in the last 12 months.

Awardees will receive up to $300 per bus requested (paid directly to transportation company or school with proof of invoice). Any additional cost is the responsibility of the institution.

The field trip must be to a green space (park, garden, arboretum, refuge, etc.)

Priority will be given to schools/institutions with a majority presence of BIPOC students

Awarded institution will be listed as a sponsored institution on the ICBC website.

Please keep an eye on your email inbox if you apply. We cannot always hold funding if teachers/institutions do not respond to our communications on the award process.
